ODBC 4 ALL is a 32 bit Windows utility designed to easily allow any application, including DOS, to run SQL queries using any ODBC data source, (Access, Informix, MySql, Oracle, Sql Server, ...), redirecting the output to the screen, an ascii file / table or a DBF table.
When run in interactive mode, you can interactively choose the ODBC Data Source and Table, then insert the SQL command to send to the database server to see the resulting data on a screen grid.
To use it inside a 3rd party application, you can create an ascii configuration file, then run ODBC4ALL.EXE to obtain the results of the SQL query into the desired output format.
In this case user intervention is not required. Even the error messages could be redirected to an ascii file (for example if the SQL query contains a syntax error, or if the database server is unreachable because the server PC is down) allowing the running application to check for errors before managing the results.

The two modes can be mixed, allowing you to run it in interactive mode obtaining an ascii output file or to run it from within your application only to automatically show the results of the query to the user. 28

You would need to provide the correct virtual folder if you changed it during installation. Type in your SQL query and enjoy!!!
To install the command line utility, simply copy the two files SQL.exe and SQLIdl.ini to your workstation windows system32 folder, open SQLIdl.ini in notepad and provide the correct path to IIS.
Now just invoke run from Start Menu, type in your query as follows :
sql "select * from dept"
It is THAT simple!!!

Geomancy or Oracle of the Earth is the ancient method of divination. Our programm
generates a series of random odd and even numbers and builds from the 16 possible combinations of points
16 geomantic figures. Each figure relates to correspondent field of activity and can appear in one
of 12 astrological houses plus 3 non-astrological. The programm user "sows" or casts figures and gets afterwards his
readings.
How does it work?
You must not wait till the opening animation has finished. If you want to skip it, just click on the blue window.
You can launch a programme part if you click on one of four buttons in the middle of the main window. You should put your question before you do it.
If you move the mouse above the astrological signs of houses, you can see their meaning appear. If you move the mouse above the figure names then you can see their Latin name appear.
If you click on the eye above the central buttons or on the menu "Figures viewer" then the Viewer appears. You can browse through figures and their meaning with it. If the figures are forming (sowing) very slowly for you, you can speed it up if you click on "Faster!" You can edit the existing texts in this program part or write your objections.
If you click on the tool symbol above the central buttons you come to the Settings. Here you can set how fast the figures should be built or which colour they should have.
If you click on Save / print you can save your reading in the Viewer or print it. If you click on Readings Viewer in the main menu, then you can get the empty Viewer and load some previous reading. It is possible to load all readings with some other text processors, as WordPad or Word as well. 9
